They will not be transferred to any third party or used for any other purpose.

▣ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Your personal information will be destroyed once the purpose for which it was collected or provided has been fulfilled, as follows:

- Membership information: upon your withdrawal or expulsion from membership

- Customer satisfaction surveys: once the relevant survey is completed

However, to comply with the Commercial Act, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and other applicable laws, we may retain certain records for the statutory periods specified below:

- Records of quotations or quotation cancellations: 5 years

- Records of customer complaints or dispute resolutions: 3 years
